Outline: Stress in my life



Introduction:
·         Stress is okay for me
o   Stress always come everyday
o   Stress can make people weaker or stronger; depend on their point of view
o   Supporting is important to feel comfortable with stress
·         I can release stress by myself, but sometimes I want someone to listen to me

Body:
·         How is stress coming to my life
o   Family; blaming, pressure, high expectation
o   School; grade, difficult subject, too much works
o   Friend; problem in relationship, working together, different opinion
·         Every problem came and passed easier, if I think I can solve them all.

Conclusion:
·         Feeling upset doesn’t mean weakness
o   Everybody have hard time when something or someone brings stress to their life
o   Stress have good point to see
o   Stress can make development
·         Managing stress is important to my life
